About Theta Healing
ThetaHealing is a spritual energy modality that uses focused thought, meditation, and prayer. Founded by Vianna Stibal in 1995, she discovered this technique through her own journey back to health. She found that by putting herself in a theta brainwave-state- the state of deep meditation and REM sleep -and connecting with a Higher Power (God, Creator, Universe, Allah, etc.)- that she could reprogram subconscious feeling and belief patterns through a series of commands and visualizations. The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy – not specific to one religion but accepting them all – with the purpose of getting closer to the Creator. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Through meditation and prayer, the ThetaHealing Technique creates a positive lifestyle.
Our brain works like a computer storing everything we’ve learned and experienced and creating beliefs in the process. Our beliefs come from everywhere from our schools, peer group, families, ancestors and even past lives. Each belief has served us in a way to keep us safe, however, in looking to advance in our lives, our beliefs may hold us back. Our subconscious mind is designed to keep us safe but it doesn’t always know when to allow us to thrive. Instead, it sees certain things as a threat and holds us back. Using belief work will allow us to find the beliefs that are holding you back from thriving in your life. By digging for the bottom belief, we’re able to release the old limiting belief and replace it with a new supportive belief that will help you create a life with infinite possibilities. These changes not only occur at the subconscious level but also at the cellular DNA level. With the changes happening on a much deeper level, you may begin to notice changes quickly, if not right away.
